Why Spider-Man: No Way Home isn't available to watch on Disney+

"Spider-Man No Way Home might be out now on digital release worldwide, but you won't be seeing it swing onto Disney+ like most MCU movies.

Unlike every other MCU movie (barring The Incredible Hulk), it's Sony – and not Disney or Marvel Studios – which owns the movie rights to Spider-Man. It's why you also can't watch Homecoming or Far From Home on Disney+.

Instead, if you want to watch No Way Home, you'll have to buy it... from Prime Video, iTunes, Microsoft Store and other digital retailers." (that's me!)

Yes, Netflix just got even more expensive - Your Netflix bill is going up.

Netflix first alerted subscribers to its coming price increases in late January. The service’s basic plan now costs $9.99 per month (up from $8.99), its standard tier costs $15.49 per month (up from $13.99), and its 4K tier costs $19.99 per month (up from $17.99). That means Netflix is now charging up to nearly $20 every month for access to its service — a pretty significant milestone for the streamer.

Chris Pine Reveals How The Star Trek 4 Cast Reacted To The Movie's Announcement

The original plan was to bring back Chis Hemsworth as James Kirk's father, George Kirk, who had perished in the prologue to Abrams' "Star Trek." Progress slowed after "Beyond" underperformed at the box office, but the movie showed new signs of life when S.J. Clarkson ("Jessica Jones") signed on to direct in 2018. In the end, though, that iteration of "Star Trek 4" fell apart after Pine and Hemsworth ended their talks, with the "Thor" actor later claiming it had less to do with salary (as was reported at the time) and more to do with him being unhappy with the script.
